The hotel has big and neat rooms that are big and comfortable, but they were a little tired around the edges. The service was friendly, especially the front end manager Mr Mahmoud, though the dining room had an issue with cigarette smoke. The location is good, with a variety of food options, but lacked nearby restaurants or supermarkets. The dining experience was not great due to limited fresh options, though there were chocolate croissants.
